Shiodome Hotel Hamburgers
"Shiodome" is a area near Ginza and Shinbashi. It wasn't popular in the past, but after urban redevelopment, it has transformed itself to area for office buildings, TV station headquarter and luxurious hotels. As you might have guessed, hotel lounge restaurants tend to serve good hamburgers here are the two hamburgers that stand out in the Shiodome area.
Cerise by Gordon Ramsay is located on the lobby floor of CONRAD Tokyo. The hamburger is not on the prefixed lunch menu, but if you ask for it, they will provide you with the menu that have hamburgers on it. The unique feature of this hamburger is that they have tempura onion rings on it. The outer crust of the tempura is crunchy but soft, exactly what you'd expect from a tempura. Other toppings include cheese and bacon, along with healthy dose of vegetables. The cost of this hamburger is 2,600 yen, including tax and service charge.
bar a vins tateru yoshino is located on the lobby floor of Park Hotel Tokyo. The hamburger is on the lunch menu, but it is limited to 25 burgers per day. The burger lunch, is priced at 1890 yen (excluding 10% service charge). Like Gordon Ramsay's hamburger lunch, it comes with a vegetable salad and french fries. You also get at hot soup before the hamburger is served. The appearance of the hamburger is rather normal, but once you bite into the hamburger, you will appreciate the high quality of the meat, and a well-prepared bacon cheeseburger. The photo below is a vegetable-less version of their hamburger. If you don't specify, the hamburger will also come with vegetables, including avocado.
